Fruit and vegetables matters


Eat between 400 and 800 gr. vegetables and fruit every day. Potatoes for dinner is in addition to this.

How much is 400 gram?

Half an apple and half an orange=100 gr.
One carrot=100 gr.
One good bouquet broccoli=100 gr.
One tomato=50 gr.
Some salad leaves=50 gr.

In addition you should eat between 600 and 800 gr. coarse fibre and plant food, like : beans, grain, coarse bread, potatoes, peas, rice, maize (Indian corn) and other food from plants.
